I bought these to go with a Pyle DVD / Monitor setup in my van. We put batteries in and the headsets worked with no set up. Very easy to use. They adjust in size for each of my children, aged 3 to 10 and were comfortable to wear. I wish that there was a way to lock in the volume or allow volume to be controlled by the multimedia center so that the younger kids don't turn it all the way up, though.
The only thing I am surprised about is how quickly the batteries drain. They didn't last both ways on an 8 hour drive. Rechargeable highly recommended.
Good headsets for the price.

I purchased this Pyle PLVWH5 Wireless IR Mobile Video Stereo Headphones as a replacement for PLVW3 headphones which goes with my 10.4" PYLE (PLRDV10) DVD player in my truck. The headphone works great with my DVD player. The heaphones were also much cheaper than PLVW3/4 which are the designated headphones for the DVD player. (Note) PLVW3/4 heaphones have been discontinued and cannot be purchased over the internet unless you go directly to PYLE. I am very satisfied with these headphones and will probably buy another one for a backup.

I bought it to use with my car audio/dvd system, but is not compatible with my Sequoia system. No sound whatsoever.

These headphones are easy to use and require no set-up. The batteries have lasted a couple months so far with nearly daily use. The fit well for my 5 and 7 year-olds, but are a little big for my 3 year-old. They sound good and are plenty loud.
